The
Moosilaukee Reader A two-volume illustrated collection of stories written over the last two centuries centered on Mt. Moosilauke, in N.H.'s White Mountains. |

Over 200 Photographs, Engravings and Maps
Each Moosilaukee Reader was designed to fit in your pocket - true paperback size. Readers on future hikes will likely view vestigial trails and slumped piles of rocks differently. . . .
About the Author
Bob Averill has been interested in Mt. Moosilauke since his first ascent as a camper in the early 1960s. Over many years he has gathered some of the scattered pieces of the Moosilauke story from long out-of-print books and magazines, and from the people who have lived on and around the mountain.
Some Reviews
"A rare find. . . ." - M.J. Beagle
"The Moosilaukee Reader . . . closes the gap between New England's highest and 10th highest peaks." - Mike Dickerman, The Littleton Courier
